Fees:
You agree as a seller or swapper that you will pay any fees owing to Wannabuy upon selection of 'Done Deal' or if you choose to use 'Buyer Reveal'.
There is no fee if you are a buyer who is placing an ad for goods on this site.
Done Deal:
You agree as a site user that the conditions you subject yourself to in using the 3High Wannabuy Pty Ltd business system indicate quite clearly that both the buyer and seller or both swappers, as the case may be, have to be quite sure that a deal will take place 'before' we are advised of that intention by selecting 'Done Deal'.
Wannabuy cannot and will not offer any guarantee that a deal will take place after the buyer and seller or both swappers select 'Done Deal'.
3High Wannabuy Pty Ltd suggest you keep copies of your emails through Wannabuy, as proof of intent to buy, sell or swap.
Once you have finished in your dealings through Wannabuy, it will be your responsibility to take matters to the correct authorities if you wish to pursue any party that you feel has misrepresented items for sale or made false claims.
On Warranty and fitness of purpose:
Wannabuy cannot and will not offer any warranty on goods and/or services traded resulting from use of this site.
